At Mitzi, we want you to love your lighting; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding and hardware included to ensure they arrive safely at our warehouse.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting your request.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned fixture, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, typically processed within 5 to 10 business days.
